These resin systems are highly sticky when freshly mixed and cured, which means that they will have a far higher initial and permanent bond strength to the substrate than concrete itself, thus significantly increasing the ‘pull-off’ strength of the lining, meaning that the lining can only be removed or damaged through a physical break in the concrete itself.
